Children illusustrator named Majd Soudi a rip off what do i do? and she was advertising on good webpages!?

i fround her on a respectable page for childrens illustrations and she seemed at first like any normal illustrator that will work hard to achive your vision! but ripped me off and didnt give in the work i needed. is there a step to take in such cases?
