Do children fail because the parents fail?

Yeah i believe that the children to fail because they weren't raised the way they should have been. If the parents are doing stuff they don't want their children to do, i believe that its the parents fault for contributing influence to the child because the adult is kinda being hypocritical. Parents are responsible for the ways of their children. it just depends on the way they are brought up
