Does poor qaulity music (bieber, gaga, rihanna, lil wayne, nicki minaj, etc) make people dumb down?

This is not hate, this is simple relativity. I.E. bieber goes to poor nations to do his music videos to overcompensate for a lack of substance in childrens music for adults. gaga tried to get the senate to enact repeal of "dont ask dont tell". not even a percentage of that repeal is attributed to her. rihanna sets an example for young women to accept beatings. lil wayne raps the same stuff in the same annoying "martian" voice with no change in direction, nicki minaj raps about anime or something. no more story telling, note belting, bumpin music for people to feel like themselves too. agree?
