Can you capture orbs on camera? And is it possible for them to alter childrens behavior?

Me my sister and her family just recently moved into a new house. Well after so long of taking pictures we started noticing dots or 'orbs'. They seem to be following my nephew around the house. Is it possible for them (what ever they are) to maybe alter his behavior? And mainly, are they dangerous?
