Why can't my laptop connect to the internet?

The problem is limited connectivity. There should be a phone number of your router manufacturer on the router or somewhere. Call them. Only they can solve your problem. I had this problem. See by resetting the router. But the solution is by calling them. Hope this helps.....Byeeee !
