I need some answers!!!?

I took my 2yr old son to the doctor today because i noticed he hasnt been speaking as well as kids his age and was worried. The doctor got concered when she noticed he was droping in weight and height and his head hasnt grown. She is sending us to a specialist at childrens hospital.. Im so worried and dont know what to do.. People keep telling me he has al the signs of autism.. any one have an answer????
