What are the names of those small tables that Japanese children often have in their rooms?

Perhaps this is an odd question, but in Japanese movies, etc I have noticed that often in childrens rooms they have these small tables that are quite low to the ground that they tend to kneal around?? I was just wondering if there is a specific name for this kind of table, because I have been trying to find one and can't seem to think of anything they could be called. Please help! Sorry the details are so scratchy... :S
