they can do a drug test on the kid.I dont know what NVP is, but you shouldnt get pregnant when doing any drugs, legal or not without checking with a doc first. No court cares that she may be using pot for medical reasons, and she self diagnosed herself..its illegal and she will pay for it, and so will her baby.Medical pot is not as bad as street pot/
