Does anyone remember a buger shaped childrens book?

There used to be a children's book at our school that was in the shape of a burger, when you opened it, it had cartoon pictures of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes etc that you would get in a buger and as kids like it had things like worms in the tomatoes and flies in the cheese or stuff like this, anyway I know that my niece would love it, so I was wondering if anyone knew the title? or author or publisher?
