What are you saying? Your 3 year old sat on her paint brush. Why don't I believe this story. You are watching your child while she is bathing right? I don't take my eyes off my child and if you have time to sit and type and your child is bleeding. I would be too damn worried to even ask the question. Take your child to the ER.
