What kind of things can you buy to decorate your journal like a scrapbook?

I just bought this new leather journal and I'm already filling up the pages with thoughts, dreams, ideas e.t.c but when I flip through the pages it looks kind of boring and empty. So I was wondering what kinds of tools can I buy to make it look better.
